We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that measures aggregate traffic such as pages viewed, country, browser and device type. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track you across other sites. The site may also store small, essential technical data needed for it to work and stay secure.
How we use your data
We use your data to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver services you engage us for, keep our website secure and improve it. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form or emailing us, and for legitimate uses permitted by applicable data protection laws, including reasonable security practices. Where you are in the EU or UK, we also act in line with the GDPR and UK GDPR for your data.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers needed to run this website and our business, under confidentiality obligations: Cloudflare (website hosting, security and analytics), FormSubmit (delivers inquiry form messages to our email) and our email provider. These providers may process data in other countries. We may also disclose data where required by law or a lawful order.
How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case it is kept for the duration of the engagement and as long as the law requires for records, tax and accounting.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold, correct or update it, erase it, or withdraw your consent at any time, and you may nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
